Oral Presentation

Presentation Rules
  • Participant must register as a delegate.
  • Solo participation only.
  • Presentation time: 6 minutes
  • Followed by Q&A by the judges: 2 min
  • PowerPoint Presentation is necessary for the presentation.
  • Slides should be limited to 10, excluding the title slide at the start

Case Presentation

Presentation Rules
  • Participant must register as a delegate.
  • Solo participation only.
  • Presentation time: 8 minutes
  • Followed by Q&A by the judges: 2 minutes
  • Patient/Subject confidentiality should be maintained throughout the presentation.
  • PowerPoint Presentation is necessary for the presentation.
  • Slides should be limited to 10, excluding the title slide at the start.
  • Only relevant pictures (Investigations, Pathognomonic signs, etc.) should be added to the presentation.

Poster Presentation

Presentation Rules
  • Participants must register as a delegate.
  • Solo participation only.
  • Format: E-Poster
  • Presentation time – 5 Minutes (exceeding the time limit leads to negative marking).
  • The final poster should be sent to us in PDF format. (USB backup)
  • Marks are awarded for presentation skills as well as the neatness of the poster.
